Nominations for Elective Grand Council Office
Attention is called to Article 12 of the Constitution which delineates the requirements for the submission of Nominations. Copies of the necessary forms are available through the Office of Council Recorders and must be submitted to the office of the Grand Recorder no later than February 1st, 2012 by 4:30pm.
Notices of Motion
Article 61 Any amendment, alteration, deletion or addition to this Constitution shall not be entertained or made unless notice in writing of such amendment, alteration, deletion or addition has been received by the Grand Recorder by December 31st, of the year preceding the Annual Assembly at which such motion will be considered.
Grand Executive Committee Meetings
The regular meeting will be held:
Saturday, February 11th, 2012 at the Scottish Rite Cathedral in Hamilton, ON. Preceded by a meeting of all Past Grand Masters at the hour of 10:00 a.m. A Dutch Treat Luncheon will be served at 12:00 noon to which all members are invited.
Friday, May 25th, 2012 at the Headquarters in St. Catherines (details to follow)
Next Place of Assembly
The 112th Annual Assembly of the Grand Council of Royal and Select Masters of Ontario will be held on Friday May 25th, Saturday May 26th, and Sunday May 27th with the Headquarters in The Holiday Inn & Suites St. Catharines Conference Centre, 327 Ontario Street, St. Catharines, Ontario.
